Hi, I'm Lucy!
I began my small business venture in 2019 whilst on maternity leave from my
position as Senior Marketing Manager for a commercial property management
company in Sydney. An accomplished marketing and communications specialist,
with over 10 years’ experience at a management level, I also graduated with a
Bachelor of Business (Marketing/Management) from the University of Technology
Sydney in 2009.
With a passion for business writing, I decided to combine this with my extensive experience in marketing, communications, design and human resources to bring my small business to life.
My career has given me solid experience in recruitment from both an employee and
employer perspective. Not only have I recruited many positions, read hundreds of
resumes and constructed content for job descriptions and advertisements, I too have
written and critiqued my own resume and been through the interview process many

I have two young boys who keep me busy and in my spare time, I indulge in my passion for amateur photography (a few of my snaps are below!). We love to take our boys for adventures in the country, currently living in the Central West, NSW.
